You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers – we’ve compiled a list of some of the most commonly asked questions below.
When will my order ship?
We ship products Monday to Friday during regular business hours via Canada Post. If an order is placed after hours or on weekends, we will ship the order out the next business day.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. If you are ordering during the holidays, please be aware that shipping may be slower than expected due to volume.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! However, keep in mind that international shipments may take longer than expected. Also, import charges (duty and taxes) may apply and Good Lookin Kids Inc. is not responsible for such charges.
Unless otherwise noted, all products in our catalogue ship internationally.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through Paypal, including credit cards. No credit card information is stored on our website and all transactions are encrypted. All prices are in (CAD) Canadian dollars.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product within 14 days we will offer a refund. Refunds will be issued (minus a 25% restocking fee) unless they arrive damaged by the postal service or by the fault of Good Lookin Kids Inc. If you require a refund, please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Will you ever restock items sold out?
The short answer is yes. If there is enough interest in a product we will definitely make more. For sold out items visit the product page and enter your email to be notified as soon as the product is back in stock. Note that some hand-crafted items will be limited edition and may not be restocked again. Check the item description for details on limited runs.
Do you sell wholesale?
We are flattered! We do offer wholesale rates for retailers. If you are interested in learning more, send us an email with details on what product you are looking to wholesale as well as your company’s details. Send all inquires to email@example.com
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards…. but maybe in the future.
